Lighthouse 360, formerly a part of Web.com, saw 2018 sales exceed $50 million. Henry Schein expects the acquisition will be neutral to its 2019 earnings per diluted share.
The acquisition is part of Henry Schein One, a joint venture between Henry Schein and Internet brands to deliver practice management services to dental practices.
Lighthouse 360 serves more than 11,000 practices with web-based tools to help practices save time, reduce no-shows and develop relationships with patients.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
