Awarded for his dedication to improving oral health and access to care, Mr. Kess was recognized for the creation of the national program Give Kids A Smile, which has provided millions of underserved children with free oral health services since its 2003 launch.

Mr. Kess accepted his membership at the ADA FDI World Dental Congress 2019 on September 6.

“I’ve never been more optimistic about the future of oral health or more inspired by the dental professionals and their teams to advance our mutual cause of expanding access to care,” Mr. Kess said.

Mr. Kess joined Henry Schein in 1991 and has been working to integrate oral health as a primary care objective ever since.
