The fund, part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act, gives dental providers the opportunity to apply for payments related to healthcare expenses or pandemic-induced income losses.
This is the third time HHS has extended the deadline, with the previous extension being issued July 17.
Dentists can check if they are eligible for payments at the HHS website.
