Three gifts totaling $100 million have been donated in the last 30 days, High Point’s President Nido Quebin said, and will be used for new schools of dentistry, law, optometry and nursing.

The university announced the launch of its dental school in May 2021 as a $150 million investment to create the state’s third dental program. Mr. Qubein said he expects the school to open with 32 students and eventually grow to 180 students.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
