Indiana dentist gets probation for inappropriately touching employee

An Indiana dentist was sentenced to probation after inappropriately touching a female employee, InkFreeNews reported Aug. 9.

Steven Hollar, DDS, was charged with two counts of confinement and two counts of battery earlier this year after being accused of locking a female employee in an office and inappropriately touching her multiple times in 2023.  

He pleaded guilty to one count of confinement and one count of battery. The other two charges were dismissed, InkFreeNews reported. 

A no-contact order between Dr. Hollar and the victim is in effect until Dr. Hollar’s sentence is completed.
