Dr. Gleason’s career began when he was looking for jobs in areas close to his hometown of La Harpe, Ill. He met three dentists in Fairfield and began working at their joint practice, soon inheriting patients from one of the dentists who retired.

Dr. Gleason said he and his wife plan to travel after her retires this week.

Fairfield Dental Clinic will be taken over by Pat Jones, DDS, and Matthew Holt, DDS, who joined the business in June.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
