A former administrative assistant has been accused of stealing more than $30,000 from a Massachusetts dental practice, Brookline.News reported July 28.
Emilia Fertykowska, 44, allegedly deposited more than 180 reimbursement checks into her own bank account instead of the practice’s account. She is facing charges of forgery, uttering a forged instrument, identity fraud, larceny and larceny by embezzlement.
Ms. Fertykowska pleaded not guilty during her arraignment July 27.
