A Massachusetts dentist was recently accused of hiding a camera in his office bathroom.
Patrick Tu Huynh, DMD, allegedly placed a camera inside a staff bathroom at New England Dental Group in Marlborough, Mass., according to an Aug. 20 news release from the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. The camera was discovered by a dental assistant at the practice in May.
Dr. Huynh was charged with seven counts of photographing a person in a state of nudity without consent, two counts of unlawful wiretap and destruction of property. His bail was set at $10,000. He was also ordered to stay away from the practice and the victims. His next court date is scheduled for Sept. 25.
