Meet the leaders of the fastest-growing dental companies

Thirty-nine companies were recently ranked among the fastest-growing private companies in 2025 by Inc.  

Companies on the list were ranked according to their percentage revenue growth between 2021 and 2024.

Here are the CEOs and founders of the top four dental companies on the list:

Florian Hillen. Founder and CEO of VideaHealth: Mr. Hillen launched VideaHealth in 2018 to advance artificial intelligence in dentistry. The company is the fastest-growing dental company in the U.S., with more than 30 FDA clearances. Mr. Hillen is currently an executive fellow at the Harvard Business School in Boston and a startup mentor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge. 

Jinesh Patel. Co-Founder and CEO of UptimeHealth: Mr. Patel leads UptimeHealth, a dental and medical equipment management company. Before launching the company in 2018, Mr. Patel worked for companies from several different industries, including business consulting, sporting goods manufacturing and clinical asset management. He is an alumnus of Texas A&M University in College Station, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, a master of business administration and a master of engineering. 

Alex Giannini, DDS, Chris McClure and John McClure. Co-Founders of Aligned Dental Partners: Aligned Dental Partners is a consulting firm dedicated to improving success at DSOs and dental practices. Dr. Giannini practiced fee-for-service dentistry in Florida for nine years, and also founded and served as CEO of several DSOs. Chris previously served in various executive roles for client dental groups, while John previously served as the chief development officer for a New-York-based DSO.

Ashish Bagai and Amir Fardshi. Co-CEOs of Vitana Pediatric and Orthodontic Partners (Plantation, Fla.): Mr. Bagai worked in a variety of roles before Vitana, including serving as the head of strategy, operations and marketing at a global fintech company, as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, and as an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Fardshi previously served as the head of global real estate for Burger King and Popeyes. He  was also a private equity investor at Ares Management, where he evaluated investment opportunities in dentistry.
