The rankings are based on companies’ percentage revenue growth between 2022 and 2024.
Here are the executives leading each organization:
Doug Daniels and Matt Hendrick. Co-founders of Elevate Dental Partners (Denver): Mr. Daniels and Mr. Hendrick launched EDP in 2019 to provide comprehensive support services to dental practices while allowing clinicians to maintain autonomy.
Doug Drew. CEO of U.S. Oral Surgery Management (Irving, Texas): Mr. Drew became CEO of U.S. Oral Surgery Management in July 2025. He has more than 30 years of experience leading businesses, including multi-site organizations.
Matthew Haddad, DMD, and Daryl Dudum, DDS. Founders and Co-CEOs of Specialty1 Partners (Houston): The two founders lead the organization’s 350 specialists and more than 220 locations in 28 states. Both dentists specialize in endodontics.
Mary Regina Pham, DDS. Founder and CEO of Lollipop Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics (Tustin, Calif.): Dr. Pham founded her practice in 2012. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
