The site plan includes a 4,354-square-foot practice space and will have 10 treatment rooms and an X-ray room.

With the new location, Duffield Dentistry will be able to schedule more patients. The practice is currently booking out at least six months in advance due to its limited space.

There is no expected date for construction to begin, the report said.

Duffield Dentistry is led by Lawrence Duffield, DDS, Lena Mustafa, DDS, and Kamil Abraham, DDS, according to its website.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
