The list was created through the surveying of more than 2 million staff members from businesses with anywhere from 50 to more than 100,000 employees, according to a Sept. 22 news release from Mint Dentistry.
To determine the rankings, Newsweek analyzed employee sentiments and emotions to measure their engagement,their feelings of positivity toward their workplace and their level of commitment to the organization’s success.
