Dr. Wilson, who owned and operated a North Las Vegas dental practice but has recently moved to Arizona, has filed for bankruptcy, his lawyer, Chris Rasmussen told the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
The indictment accuses Dr. Wilson of the following:
- Withholding payroll taxes from his dental staff
- Not paying more than $85,000 in withheld taxes to the IRS
- Not filing a tax return for 2014
- Not paying more than $100,000 in taxes he owed for 2013-18
