Nicole Heagle, whose daughter is a patient of the practice, told WSYR-TV that she received a text message and an email from the practice stating that the office was closed temporarily. The message states that the office closed due to “unforeseen circumstances,” but no additional information was provided.
It is unclear when the practice will reopen.
Patients affected by the closure were advised to contact the New York State Dental Association for help retrieving records or finding a new provider.
