A medical office in Warren, Ohio, that houses Modern Dental Concepts has been sold for $575,000, according to a June 28 report from Mahoning Matters.
Gursharanjit Singh, DMD, is still leading the practice, which provides services including dental implants, root canals, aligners and preventive care, according to its website.
The office was built in 1990 and last sold for $80,000 in 2001.
Piara Singh Real Estate Holdings purchased the property, the report said.
