An Ohio woman is facing several charges for allegedly practicing dentistry without a license.
Jazemen Lyons, 37, allegedly owned and operated Smile Lounge in Shaker Heights, Ohio, from 2022 until 2025, according to court documents. She allegedly generated more than $400,000 in proceeds from the fake business.
Ms. Lyons was charged May 4 with two counts of telecommunications fraud, two counts of money laundering, one count of possessing criminal tools, one count of trademark counterfeiting and one count of prohibitions concerning pure food and drugs.
