Oklahoma dentist to pay $532K to resolve False Claims Act allegations

Rocky Cullens, DDS, has agreed to pay more than $500,000 to resolve allegations that he violated the False Claims Act.

Dr. Cullens allegedly submitted false claims to SoonerCare, the state’s Medicaid program, between Jan. 1, 2021, and July 31, 2024, according to a July 31 news release.

Dr. Cullens will pay $532,055 to resolve the allegations, including $354,703.84 he allegedly received for claims and $177,351.92 in penalties.
