Michelle Lynn Halye is accused of stealing nearly $39,000 from My Dentist in Lawton, Okla., between January of 2022 and February of this year.
Ms. Halye was charged with one count of felony embezzlement. She faces up to eight years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines in addition to restitution.
