The Dental Health Summer Institute will provide educational resources for high school students interested in a career in dentistry, according to a Feb. 18 news release. The program will focus on recruiting students from underrepresented backgrounds to increase diversity in the field.

The free virtual program is open to rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors. Faculty from the dental school will teach students about various dental health science topics while admissions employees help guide students through the college application process.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence. Apply for complimentary registration now.
