A 35-year-old Texas dentist is out on bond after being arrested on a sexual assault charge, ABC affiliate KRGV-TV reports.
J. Thomas Soliday, DDS, former American Dental Association speaker of the House of Delegates and former president of the Maryland State Dental Association, died April 12, reports the ADA.

Two separate Lawrence, Kan.-based dental practices have merged and are constructing a new practice called the Kansas Center for Sedation Dentistry, reports the Lawrence Journal-World.
The discovery of a large sinkhole prompted the temporary closure of two dental offices in Bristol, Tenn., local NBC affiliate WCYB reported April 9. The sinkhole was discovered in connection with water line problems.
