One main priority of the LGBTQ+ Fund will be exploring research and programming that can create best-practice models and policy recommendations, the release said. These efforts are expected to include internal climate surveys of Penn Dental Medicine and bias training.

The school plans to work with the University of Pennsylvania’s LGBT Center on the initiatives, the release said.
