Mansfield, Pa.-based Laurel Health Centers, a provider of dental and medical services, experienced a cybersecurity event.
In July 2025, the organization became aware of unusual activity in its email environment. An investigation revealed that certain information may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual, according to a Jan. 6 notice from Laurel Health.
Information that may have been accessed, viewed or copied by the unauthorized party includes names, dates of birth, social security numbers, Medicare information, insurance information, treatment information and credit card information.
At this time, Laurel Health is not aware of any attempted misuse of the information, the release said.
Laurel Health has six dental clinics in Pennsylvania, according to its website.
