Pennsylvania oral surgery center acquires Ohio practice

Washington, Pa.-based Western Pennsylvania Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery purchased Ohio Valley Oral Surgery, according to the Herald-Star.

The Steubenville, Ohio-based practice was owned and operated by Nasser Emami, DMD, DDS. He will continue to treat patients on an as-needed basis, the Herald-Star reports.

Steven, Krakora, DMD, and Brandon Humberger, DMD, own the Pennsylvania oral surgery center.

Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.
