UnitedHealthcare members who have dental plans can receive the clear aligners for less than $1,000 out of pocket. More than 1.5 million UnitedHealthcare dental plans are enrolled for orthodontic coverage.
Members can order an impression kit or schedule a 3D digital image at any of SmileDirectClub’s more than 235 SmileShops. UnitedHealthcare dental plan members may also visit SmileDirectClubs website to compare prices.
SmileDirectClub will be added as an in-network provider for Aetna Dental members this summer.
