The office of Scott Ervin, DDS, has closed temporarily after the sudden passing of Dr. Ervin.
Dr. Ervin died May 3 at the age of 60, according to an online obituary.
The practice, which is located in Terrell, Texas, announced on its Facebook page that it would be temporarily closed as it transitions to new ownership.
