Texas dentist arrested for invasive recording at dental office

A Texas dentist was recently arrested on charges of invasive visual recording at a dental office, valleycentral.com reported Feb. 12.

Police said the recording allegedly took place at RGV Smiles in Pharr, Texas. An arrest warrant was issued for Rocky Lamar Salinas, DDS, the owner of the practice, who turned himself into police Feb. 11. 

Salinas was given a $5,000 bond and released from jail the same day, according to Hidalgo County Jail records.

 Dr. Salinas could not be reached by Becker’s for comment as of publication time.
