Texas man charged with practicing unlicensed dentistry

A Texas man has been arrested and accused of practicing dentistry without a license, click2houston.com reported March 25. 

Cesar Augusto Perez Mejia, 47, allegedly used pliers to pull out a woman’s tooth during a dental procedure, causing it to break and damaging her jaw. 

Mr. Mejia was charged with practicing dentistry without a license and aggravated assault.
