The vehicle crashed into Laguna Park Dentistry after veering off the road.
The Cosumnes Fire Department freed one person who was pinned between the truck and debris from the building. The rest of the building was evacuated by the Fire Department.
There is an ongoing investigation on the crash, the report said.
