UAB School of Dentistry receives $3.2M grant renewal

The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry received a $3.2 million grant renewal from the National Institutes of Health to train more dental academicians.

The grant will fund the Dental Academic Research Training program at UAB, which provides students the opportunity to gain interdisciplinary research experience, according to a Sept. 29 news release.

The funds will be disbursed over the next five years.
