Starting next year, tuition at the dental school will increase 4.5%, followed by a 3% fee increase each year for the next two years.

“Currently, we are under the 50th percentile. They believe the increases over the next two years will bring us closer to that percentile,” Jeffrey Geoghegan, the university’s CFO, said.

The tuition for a dental student at UConn during the 2023-24 academic year was $41,291 for a state resident and $83,352 for a non-resident, according to data from the American Dental Association.
