The Washington Dental Quality Assurance Commission denied the dental license of a dentist in Holt, Mich.
Edward Liu, DDS, was involved in at least three medical malpractice settlements in January 2009, May 2011 and September 2020, according to a March 13 news release from the Washington State Department of Health.
In addition, Dr. Liu was convicted of elder abuse in California.
Dr. Liu applied for a dentist license in Washington in June 2024, according to documents from the health department.
