Here is what 10 DSOs accomplished this week:
1. Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based Amani Dental Partners, a dental partnership organization, has officially launched.
2. Houston-based Specialty1 Partners completed a first-of-its-kind, multispecialty joint venture between two practices in Ohio.
3. Greenwood Village, Colo.-based ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers opened a location in Albany, N.Y.
4. Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners acquired Ironwood Dental in Tucson, Ariz.
5. Tampa, Fla.-based Coast Dental selected Pearl as its exclusive AI dental partner.
6. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental reflected on its growth and performance in 2025, including hitting more than 1,900 offices.
7. Chicago-based Phase 1 Equity added its second practice in New Jersey.
8. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management continued its 2026 growth in Ohio with the addition of multi-location practice. The organization also promoted oral surgeon Joshua E. Gish, DDS, to the role of president.
9. Troy, Mich.-based Smile Partners USA expanded into Ohio, its sixth market.
10. Sarasota, Fla.-based Parkview Dental hired Lisa Burris as director of business development.
