- Heartland Dental and Leixir Dental Laboratory Group agreed to a four-year extension of their strategic partnership.

- Chris Tampio was named vice president of government affairs at Heartland Dental.
- The DSO appointed Sherianne James as its chief marketing officer.
- Heartland Dental launched “Masters and Mentors,” a new campaign to reinforce the DSO’s commitment to its support model and culture.
