1. Chicago-based Aspen Dental closed and consolidated a practice in Gloucester, Mass.
2. Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental opened five de novo offices and added two partner practices to its network in March.
3. Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health opened two new de novo practices in March.
4. New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Premier Care Dental Management acquired Toledo (Ohio) Periodontics.
