2. Dr. Smith earned his doctor of dental surgery degree from Memphis-based University of Tennessee College of Dentistry and has been practicing for more than 30 years.
3. Monarch Dental dentists provide general dentistry, children's dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, periodontics and endodontics services at 79 offices across Texas and Arkansas.
