1. Mr. Bilt co-founded Smile Brands in 1998 and OneSmile in 2015. He later combined the two businesses. He now oversees 5,500 employees and affiliated providers at approximately 400 U.S. locations.
2. Additionally, Mr. Bilt servers as the chairman of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation. The organization established international outposts throughout six counties in South America, Asia and Africa and conducts events within the U.S.
3. Prior to joining Smile Brands, Mr. Bilt was the vice president of finance for Vira, the second largest provider of outpatient kidney dialysis. There he oversaw the finances of 250 dialysis clinics in 29 states.
4. Mr. Bilt previously served as CFO at SCRS, a provider of speech, occupational and physical therapy.
5. Mr. Bilt is a founding member and former president of the Association of Dental Support Organizations. He also served as an executive board member.
