2. Prior to joining Dental Care Alliance, Mr. Rhodes served as CEO of CRC Health Group.

3. He served as Comprehensive Addiction Programs' CEO for more than 10 years. Under his leadership, the organization became a recognized national provider of addiction treatment services.

4. Dental Care Alliance provides back office business support to 157 affiliated dental practices totaling 618 dentists throughout 13 states.

5. The dental service organization was founded in 1991. Affiliated practices provide comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, hygiene, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics and oral surgery.
