1. Mr. Rubin succeeds Paul Valuck, DDS, who tendered his resignation.
2. Mr. Rubin brings more than 22 years of experience in the dental service organization industry to the board.
3. Currently, he serves as vice president of operations and business development for Southfield, Mich.-based Great Expressions Dental Centers.
4. At Great Expressions Dental Centers, Mr. Rubin oversees 40 dental practices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
5. Prior to that, Mr. Rubin co-founded Exceldent Dental, a 25-office DSO. He served as its COO until Exceldent Dental was sold to Great Expressions Dental Centers in 2012.
