1. The eight practices are part of three dental groups:

• Taheri Dental Group in Manassas, Va.
• Orthodontics by Birth & Fletcher in Keller, Texas
• iDentity Orthodontics in Kenilworth, Ill.

2. Orthodontics by Birth & Fletcher comprises four practices. Taheri Dental Group and iDentity Orthodontics have two practices.

3. Dental Care Alliance supports nearly 300 affiliated practices throughout 16 states.
