Three insights:
1. An affiliate of Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners bought Birner Dental’s outstanding shares for $10.62 per share in cash. Birner Dental shareholders also received one contingent value right per share, which was valued at up to $0.13.
2. Per the agreement, Birner Dental will rebrand as Rocky Mountain Dental Services. The dental service organization will continue to operate in Denver.
3. Newly affiliated Birner Dental locations will continue to operate under the Perfect Teeth brand.
