1. The private equity firm first partnered with Louis D’Angelo, DMD, in May 2014 to form the DSO.
2. Dr. D’Angelo was operating a dental group under the name Simply Beautiful Smiles. With Beekman Group, Dental Valley Management grew to support 20 practices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
3. Simply Beautiful Smiles provided comprehensive general and multi-specialty services to adults and pediatric patients.
