Consulting firm labels Chicago DSO as ‘strategic buy’

Healthcare brokerage and advisory firm Aptus Exchange marked Webster Dental Care as a strategic buy for dental practices.

Webster Dental Care, a Chicago-based dental service organization is expected to see rapid growth in 2020. With the help of Aptus Exchange, Webster Dental Care has been able to grow from supporting seven practices to 12 in the Chicagoland area within the past 24 months.

“Aptus Exchange has been an integral partner in the strategy of our dental group,” said Steven Rempas, DDS, founder and president of Webster Dental Care. “We look forward to continuing our relationship toward building better health systems for the communities in which we serve.”

Webster Dental Care plans to grow in 2020 through capital investment, acquisitions and de novo expansion. The DSO is a dentist-owned company.
