The DSO’s VIBE Sessions were originally launched in March 2018 to match fourth-year dental students with Aspen Dental practice owners looking to hire new dentists. This year, on Nov. 7, more than 300 interviews between graduating candidates and practice owners will occur during a four-hour career guidance and interview session.
Every dentist candidate who participates in VIBE and accepts a job offer will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
About 6,000 students graduate from dental school each year, and an estimated 25 percent will begin their career at a practice supported by a DSO, according to a Nov. 2 news release from Aspen Dental.
In 2020, Aspen Dental has opened 40 new locations, with another 15 scheduled by the end of December.
