Waltham, Mass.-based 42 North Dental affiliated with Portland, Maine-based Restorative & Aesthetic Dental Associates, according to a Jan. 26 news release.
This brings the total number of supported practices to 81 throughout the Northeast, the release said. Practice leaders Scott Burke, DMD, and Leigh Philbrick, DMD, will become equity partners in 42 North Dental. Tim Corwin, DDS, who treats patients, will be a partner, too.
42 North Dental is a DSO supporting 31 practice brands in 81 locations throughout New England.
