Heartland Dental was established in 1997 and serves 1,150 dental offices across 38 states. ADPI has 23 dental group practices across 21 states. In addition to creating an expanded network, the move will allow ADPI access to Heartland’s educational offerings.
The agreement is expected to close later this year.
