Sage Dental partners with Straumann Group to provide AI-powered care

Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental is partnering with Straumann Group to offer its patients new digital intraoral scanners and AI-powered monitoring for orthodontics treatments.

Sage Dental will begin offering patients the 3Shape Trios intraoral scanner at all of its locations, along with the remote dental monitoring solution, according to an Aug. 16 press release. The intraoral scanner provides accurate digital scans for corrective, restorative and replacement dentistry. The dental monitor uses artificial intelligence and patient-provided photos to track progress of orthodontic treatments without in-office visits.

Sage Dental has more than 70 practices in Florida and Georgia.
