Mr. Walker, NADG’s chief financial officer, succeeds Ken Cooper, an NADG co-founder who has led the company since its inception in 2008. Mr. Cooper will transition to an advisory role within the DSO focused on development and new affiliation opportunities. He said he will be a cultural ambassador for the company and focus on outside causes, such as supporting mental health awareness.

Prior to joining NADG, Mr. Walker was CEO of Pittsburgh-based MedExpress, helping the company more than double in size in four years.

NADG currently supports more than 250 dental practices across 15 states.
