An affiliate of Beekman Investment Partners IV has acquired P&R Dental Strategies.
Beekman plans to further the growth of P&R under its ownership, according to a Jan. 12 press release. P&R provides big data analytics for the dental industry and uses multiple, proprietary data assets and advanced analytics to give insights for dental payers and suppliers.
