Private equity firm Shore Capital Partners has founded OMS360, an oral surgeon support organization.
OMS360 offers business development, finance, marketing, recruiting, benefits and administration for oral surgery practices, according to a Feb. 2 press release.
After two recent partnerships with Kentucky Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Community Oral Facial Surgery, the organization now has seven oral and maxillofacial surgery practices throughout Kentucky, Alabama and Georgia.
"Shore's track record in the healthcare delivery arena is top of its class and the depth of their expansive internal resource team was something we didn't find with other organizations," Josh Everts, DDS, MD, from Community Oral Facial Surgery said. "The capabilities of OMS360 will provide us access to operating expertise, strategic guidance, capital and administrative resources to help our practice continue its ambitious growth trajectory throughout Alabama and Georgia."
