Patrick Bauer. President and CEO of Heartland Dental (Effingham, Ill.). Mr. Bauer has been with Heartland Dental since 1997, when he started as COO. He is a certified instructor for a leadership program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, according to the organization's website. In 2019, he was named a top CEO by Glassdoor.
Steve Bilt. Co-founder and CEO of Smile Brands (Irvine, Calif.). Mr. Bilt co-founded Smile Brands in 1998. He serves as chair of the Smiles for Everyone Foundation, an international nonprofit providing dental care to those in need. He is also a founding member, past president and executive board member for the Association of Dental Support Organizations.
Mark Censoprano. President of Guardian Dentistry Partners (Miami). Mr. Censoprano was appointed to his position in January 2021 after previously serving as the DSO's COO and chief marketing officer. He is the former chief marketing officer for Chicago-based Aspen Dental.
Daniel Crowley. CEO of Western Dental (Orange, Calif.). Mr. Crowley has led Western Dental since 2015. He has more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, including work with dental payers and providers. He also founded consulting company Dynamic Healthcare Solutions and the Crowley Children's Fund, which supports programs for at-risk children.
Richard Hall. President and CEO of U.S. Oral Surgery Management (Irving, Texas). Mr. Hall has more than 35 years of leadership experience at Fortune 500 and private healthcare services companies. He is the past president and CEO of Oncology Services International, an organization specializing in radiation therapy equipment, which he led through its sale to a private equity firm in 2016.
Lamonte Jensen. CEO of Gen4 Dental Partners (Tempe, Ariz.). Prior to co-founding Gen4 Dental Partners, Mr. Jensen was vice president of customer success for the consulting branch of Spear Education, a continuing education organization for the dental industry.
Rezwan Manji. Founder and CEO of Imagen Dental Partners (Scottsdale, Ariz.). Mr. Manji has more than 15 years of experience in the dental industry. He was previously president at Spear Education, where he led the organization through its growth to 16,000 members and the creation of its consulting arm.
Dustin Netral. President and CEO of Vista Verde Dental Partners (Carmel, Ind.). Mr. Netral has provided leadership for Vista Verde Dental Partners since 2018. He chairs the membership committee for the Association of Dental Support Organizations. He also has leadership experience in e-commerce, retail and services companies, including Fabletics and H.H.Gregg.
Jerry Rhodes. CEO of Dental Care Alliance (Sarasota, Fla.). Mr. Rhodes has led Dental Care Alliance since 2017. He was previously COO and CEO for CRC Health Group, which was acquired by Acadia Healthcare in 2014.
Stephen Thorne. Founder and CEO of Pacific Dental Services (Irvine, Calif.). Mr. Thorne founded PDS in 1994. He is a member of the executive committee of the CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County, an organization that works to cultivate an innovative workforce and job market in the county.
